Our “We deliver it for you” days are our most comprehensive set up of activities and instructors. We firstly bring enough activity sets, of each activity, for a class of 30 students. This allows your students to typically work in group of 7-8 students. We find that this size of group encourages maximum engagement. Importantly if you are running a transition day because the whole class is doing the same activity we are able to change the sub-groups throughout the day. This allows a class to work with all members of their class rather than a select few. This really helps to provide a quality bonding experience.
As the whole class are participating in same activity allows our instructor to facilitate and supervise the whole class, rather than having floating instructors. This allows for quality feedback and reviews to take part.
Another advantage of our “We deliver it for you” days is that we can offer additional activities such as miniature golf and laser tag as a part of these activity days.
A great advantage of our “We deliver it for you” days is that school staff are not tied to a small groups of students. We ask that a member of school staff is available for each 30 students, but they are free to float around the sub groups or even the full cohort. This allows teachers running transition days to get to know as many students as possible.
