Transition activities, whether at the end of term in July or during the first few months of the new school year can be a stressful time. Particularly for the transition coordinator. However the benefits for the students last far beyond those stressful times. We can help remove the coordinator’s stress. With a choice of activities suitable for Year 6 / 7 (KS3) our team building transition days will help integrate your new students.
This range of activities give the new students the opportunity to get to know each other on an even playing field. This might be our puzzle days, or our large whole year team building days. Whichever option the students will be given the opportunity to find solutions to a variety of challenges. In small teams they will share ideas, plan and work together to enable a successful conclusion.
There are many different ways that we can work with your school during this exciting time of the school year. We have visited schools and worked with each new Year 7 Form group for either half or a full day. Alternatively we can work with the whole new cohort at the same time. We have numerous options depending on different timescale and budgets.
