If you are looking for a cheaper team building day at your school but don’t want to run the day yourselves with our hire option then you may wish to consider the “Deliver it with us” option. This day takes on the same format but we will oversee the entire day for you with our experienced staff staying on site.
Our “Deliver It With Us” school team building day consist of 32 team building challenges. These challenges can be broken down into three types of challenge:
The students will take part in groups of approx 10 students and will choose the activities that they wish to do through the day from The Challenge Board. This is where our activity boards are kept when not in use and have all the details of each activity and how to score points.
The students will then locate the activity and work together as a team to complete the challenge.
As this is a “Deliver It With Us” day we will have brought a reduced number of our own instructors. To get the most from the day each group of students will need to be supported by a member of schools staff. If the students are in KS3 then some schools will support the groups with 6th formers or sports leaders. If this day is being run for w Sixth formers then we can reduce the number of supporting school staff to 1:3 groups of of 10 students.
The job of the supporting school staff is to help keep the group on track through the challenges and to help score them to enable a competition. Scoring is based on criteria such as planning, communication, working together and the challenge.
Our instructors will arrive early, set up and facilitate the running of the day over see and facilitate the day so that it runs smoothly. As well as the 32 activities on offer they will also run some “All in activities” at key points of the day. At the end of the day they will conclude the day with the results and a trophy for the winning team.
What is important to know that our instructors are not tied to the groups of students. This is a cheaper day because school staff are supportying the groups.
